"WOW! I’ve just been blind-sided by my insurance company: State Farm. I just received a note from my insurance agent informing me that, like a good neighbor, State Farm is dropping my homeowners insurance. I have recently been working with them regarding damages I incurred as a result of a flood in my kitchen that occurred when my automatic dishwasher leaked while I was away from home last March. Prior to that, my last claim was early in 2005, subsequent to damage from a hailstorm. I have been consistently with State Farm my entire adult life (in the US) and my parents, before me, were consistently with State Farm since my earliest knowledge of insurance. Moreover, I have been with the same insurance agent, Hank Weise, the entire time and my parents always used Hank’s father before him, Don Weise. My relationship with State Farm has always been cordial: no disputes and I have never so much as been late with a payment. If you are in the market for insurance, please be very wary of State Farm and if you know anybody who would be interested in my insurance business, please give him or her my phone number."

"My wife was in a car wreck and our car was badly damaged. We contacted the other drivers insurance company and after 3 weeks of rental car and being told by that company "We'll call you when we make a decision" I finally got frustrated and called Hank's office to see if they would get involved and move the process along. I can not say enough for the staff there at the office and all the other support people that we dealt with including a gentleman named Bruce that came to the house to access the damage on our car. Within a week after your office got involved I was told the check for our damages would be coming shortly.This has been a stressful time for me and my wife and your people handled all our questions and needs and at no time did I feel like I was being a bother to them. I hope you will pass this on and keep up the good work and again THANK YOU."
